Module 10 Unit 2 Don’t shout, please!

一、教材分析

Don't shout,please.》是外研版五年级上册第十模块的第二单元,本节课学生要掌握语言能力有:

1. 语言知识目标:全体学生掌握单词:shout, grass, baby, dangerous.百分之九十学生掌握句型:Don’t shout,please.  

2. 语言技能目标:能听读并在特定的语境中运用祈使句Don’t…来表达自己的意愿。

3. 情感目标:能认识不文明行为,养成良好的文明习惯,培养社会公德心。在设计本课的过程中,我以课程标准二级目标为基础,结合我们的实际情况,之前学生已学过Let's ...这样的句型,知道后面要用动词原形。通过新朋友小乐家乡的变化,学习在这样的美好环境中,我们应该制止一些不文明的行为,养成良好的行为习惯,保护环境,做一个文明的小学生,很好地践行了“文明”、“和谐”的社会主义核心价值观。

二、学情分析   

五年级英语在小学英语教学中起着承上启下的作用,既是四年级的衍生又是六年级的铺垫。我们的学生大部分在平时的语言训练当中能保持良好的学习习惯,书写规范,听说能力较强,书写能力较弱,因此,在学生书写环节我采取小组互助的学习方法。

三、教学目标   

(一)知识与技能:

1. 语言知识目标:全体学生掌握单词:shout, grass, baby, dangerous.百分之九十学生掌握句型:Dont shout,please.

2. 语言技能目标:初步了解祈使句,能听读,并在特定的语境中运用祈使句Dont…来表达自己的意愿。

3. 情感目标:能认识文明与不文明行为,养成良好的行为习惯,培养社会公德心。做一个文明的小学生,很好地践行“文明”、“和谐”的社会主义核心价值观。

四、教学重点   

理解课文内容,能在适当的语境中用Dont…句型表达自己的意愿。

五、教学难点   

学生能结合自己所学的语言知识,联系生活实际,灵活运用祈使句型Dont...

六、教学方法   

TRP教学法、游戏教学法和任务型教学法。

七、教学资源   

教学课件、单词卡片,正方体

八、教学过程

Step 1 Warming up

1. Greetings.

2. Review the phrases.

The teacher and the students  read the verb phrases with action.

(设计意图:采用做动作,读短语的方法复习学生学过的短语,为本课新知学习做好铺垫。并营造轻松愉悦的学习氛围。)

 Step 2 Presentation

(一)learn the new words and new patterns

T: Look, boys and girls, this is our new friend , Tracy. Let’s say hello to her.

S: Hello, Tracy.

T: There are many changes in her hometown . Let’s watch it with her.

The students watch the video.

T: First let’s go to see the new library in her hometown.

T: Look, there is a new library. Is it big?

S: Yes, it is.

T: Let’s go inside. What are they doing?

S: They’re reading books.

T: It’s very quiet. We should say: Don’t shout, please.

The teacher teaches the new word (shout) and sentence.

TThen let’s go to the park. Look, the baby is sleeping in the park.

The teacher teaches new word: baby

T: We should say...?

S: Don't shout,please.

T: Yes. The grass is green and beautiful. Don’t walk on the grass.

The teacher teaches the new words (grass) and sentence.

T: At last, let’s go to the square. Look at the boy. What’s he doing?

S: He’s climbing a tree.

T: Is it  right?

S: No.

T: We should sayIt’s dangerous. Don't climb the tree! It’s dangerous.”

The teacher teaches the new words (dangerous) and sentence.

T: There is a lake in the park. Here is a sign. What did it say in English?

S: Don’t swim here.

T: Yes,it’s very dangerous.

The students read the sentences after the teacher.

(设计意图:通过视频,为学生提供真实的生活情景,激发了学生的好奇心与兴趣,学生们通过观看视频能快速融入情境,随着Tracy回到她的家乡。在看到图书馆、公园、广场里不文明的行为,跟随老师学习用英语制止这些不文明的行为,并学习本课新单词,掌握了本课重点句型——Don’t...从中让学生感受我们的生活越来越好,文明行为也要靠大家来维持,培养学生养成良好的行为习惯,做一个文明的小学生,很好地践行“文明”、“和谐”的社会主义核心价值观。)

(二)Text Learning

1. T plays the video, get the students listen and repeat. The students draw the line under the sentences with “don't”.

2. The students learn the knowledge about imperative sentence.  

3. The students act the dialogue.

(设计意图:戴头饰角色表演课文,激发学生的兴趣额,反馈学生对课文的掌握情况,

Step 3  Practice

1. The teacher show some signs and get the students say the sentences.

2. The teacher shows some short video about students.

T: What do you ant to say to him or them?

The students sat the imperative sentences.

(设计意图:在具有连续性的情境中,学生能有效学习和巩固重点词句。并适当扩展Dont…句型在生活中的运用,让学生养成良好的行为习惯,做一个文明的小学生。)

Step 4 Extensive

1.   Play a game

The teacher explains the rules of the game.The students throw the dice,  then he can step and say the sentences with You can ...or Dont ....Who says the last sentences, who is the winner. 

(设计意图:在游戏中,激发了学生的学习兴趣,并巩固了本课的重点内容。通过You can...的句子树立学生养成正确的文明行为。) 

2.   Learn the the well-known saying

Since we don’t proud of civilization, then why did we Keep our civilization?(我们既然不一文明为荣,那我们又为什么还要保留我们的文明?)

(设计意图:对本节课的情感进行升华,让学生做一个懂礼貌,讲文明的好孩子。)

Step 5 Summary

The teacher shows the words and patterns by  knowledge mapping.

T: So I hope all of you in the life can obey the rules and can be a good children.

(设计意图:进行本节课的情感升华,让学生做一个文明懂礼貌的孩子。)

Step 6 Home work

1. Read the text three times.

2. Make the rules at your home.
